Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is a deemed university under Department of Commerce, Government of India. To fill present vacancies and to prepare a panel, the Institute invites applications for the following post:

Name of Post: Personal Assistant

• Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
• Educational Qualification:(i) Graduation from a recognized university.
Desirable: Graduate 50% marks. (ii) English Shorthand speed 100 w.p.m. and English typing speed 40w.p.m. (iii) Adequate working knowledge of computer. Candidate should also be well conversant with email, softwares like Spreadsheet, Documents, Presentation etc.
• Age Limit (as on 30.09.2010): 28 years (relaxation as per rules)

Name of Post: Junior Stenographer

• Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
• Educational Qualification: (i) Graduation from a recognized university.
  Desirable: Graduate 50% marks.
  (ii) English Shorthand speed 80 w.p.m. and English typing speed 30w.p.m.
  (iii) Adequate working knowledge of computer. Candidate should also be well conversant with email, softwares like Spreadsheet, Documents, Presentation etc.
• Age Limit (as on 30.09.2010): 28 years (relaxation as per rules)
