Border Security Force has invited applications from male Indian citizens belonging to Other Backwards Classes (OBC), Scheduled Castes (SC) and ans Scheduled Tribes for the post of (HC-RO) / (HC-Fitter) and (ASI-RM):

HC (RO)

Educational Qualification:

Candidate has completed matriculation or equivalent plus plus 2 years ITI certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Pay Scale:

Rs. 5200-20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month

Age Limit:

18-23 years as on 26/02/2011 (Relaxation as per Government norms)

HC (Fitter)

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should have Metriculate or its equivalent from a recognized board or Institution and two years Industrial Training Institute certificate i Engine Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Automobile or Motor Mechanic from an Institution recognized by State or Central Government.
OR
10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Pay Scale:

Rs. 5200-20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month

Age:

18-23 years as on 26/02/2011 (Relaxation as per Government norms)

ASI (RM)

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should have Matric with Diploma in Radio and TV Technology or Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic Appliances any Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government
OR
10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with selective subject being Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or Institution.

Pay Scale:

Rs. 5200-20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- per month

Age:

18-25 years as on 26/02/2011 (Relaxation as per Government norms)

Application Fee

Demand draft/IPO of Rs. 50/- (for OBC candidates only) in the name of DDO, FHQ BSF New Delhi payable at New Delhi.
