Deccan Grameena Bank invites applications from Indian Citizens Domicile of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) for Appointment as Officer Junior Management Grade Scale I, Officer Middle Management Grade Scale II & Office Assistants (Multipurpose):

Office Assistant (98 Posts)

Pay Scale: Rs. 7200–400/3, 8400–500/3, 9900–600/4, 12300–700/7, 17200–1300/1, 18500–800/1, 19300/-

Age: 18 to 28 years (as on 01/01/2011)

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or it’s equivalent.
Proficiency in local language i.e. Telugu, is essential.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.

Officer JMGS I (50 Posts)

Pay Scale: Rs. 14500–600/7, 18700–700/2, 20100–800/7, 25700/-

Age: 18-28 years (as on 01/01/2011)

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or it’s equivalent.
Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology (IT), Management, LAW, Economics and Accountancy.
Proficiency in local language, i.e. Telugu is essential.
Computer Knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.

Officer MMGS-II (8 Posts)

Pay Scale: Rs. 19400–700/1, 20100–800/10, 28100/-

Age: 21-32 years (as on 01/01/2011)

Educational Qualification:

I. Specialised Officers (3 posts)

Law Officer:

Degree from a recognized University in LAW or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Two years as an advocate or should have worked as law officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period not less than two years.

Treasury Manager:

Candidates should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
Experience: One year.

Agriculture Officer:

Degree from a recognized University in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Two years.

II. General Banking Officer (5 posts)

Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degree / Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Experience: Two years as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.
