Indian Institute of Geomagnetism is a premier research Institute in the country involved in the study of all aspects of Geomagnetism. It has strong research programmmes in the following three areas:
The Institute is looking for a distinguished Scientist (Citizen of India) with ability and experience to carry out the objectives of the Institute for appointment as Director
Age: Not exceeding 56 years as on 01/01/2011
Pay Scale: Rs. 67,000/- (annual increment @3%) - Rs. 79,000/- plus allowances, as per Central Government rules.
