HIL Recruitment July 2011 - Assistant Security Officer Jobs in Hindustan Insecticides Limited Kochi Kerala: Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL) is a Central Public Sector Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing pesticides. HIL invites applications from qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Security Officer on contract basis for a period of three years.

Pay Scale for Asst Security Officer Post: Rs. 17000/- per month (Consolidated).
Age Limit: 50 Years
Number of Vacancies: 01 (UR)

Qualification & Experience: The person should be a retired person from the Defence Services having retired at least in the rank of Captain in the Armed Forces or equivalent in other services or in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police in the State Police Services and should have minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Safety matters.

Benefits: Consolidated pay @ Rs.17000/- with 3% of increment thereon every year. He will be provided with a quarter at Company’s township, 12 casual leave per annum, reimbursement of telephone expenses subject to maximum of Rs.500/- per month etc., as per the Rules of the company.
